Richard joins the bridging and development lender from Bank of London and the Middle East (BLME), where he most recently held the post of head of real estate finance.

Richard said that he was delighted and excited to join Oblix Capital.

Richard has experience in both construction consultancy and development funding, with a track record in strategic real estate investment.

Prior to his role at BLME, he held director roles at Turner & Townsend, Deutsche Bank and Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander.
